1. Booking and Payments

• Lesson Bookings: Lessons must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website.

• Payment: Full payment is required before the start of each lesson or course. We accept cash and bank transfer.

• Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

2. Driving Lessons

• Eligibility: Learners must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and meet the minimum age requirement.

• Instructors: Lessons are conducted by DVSA-approved instructors. We reserve the right to change instructors if necessary.

• Vehicle Use: Lessons are conducted in our dual-control vehicles, insured for learner drivers.

• Punctuality: Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson with no refund.

3. Intensive Courses

• Scheduling: Intensive courses require a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the course starts.

• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partially completed courses.

4. Test Bookings

• Driving Tests: We can assist with booking your practical test, but you are responsible for ensuring eligibility and availability.

• Test Fees: Test fees are not included in lesson prices unless stated otherwise.

• Vehicle Use for Tests: Use of our car for the test is subject to availability and instructor approval.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect: Learners must treat instructors and staff with respect. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

• Safety: Learners must follow all instructions and road safety laws during lessons.

6. Liability

• Accidents: We are fully insured for learner drivers, but learners are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during lessons.

• Personal Belongings: We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in our vehicles.
